What gives you bruised knees, a sore ass, and blistered fingers??
No, you sick-o’s; it’s installing a hardwood floor!! And that’s just what we did all weekend. It was a major pain in the ass—and I mean that in more ways than one. It looks awesome, but we are totally gimped today. It hurts so bad I can barely sit down. Last night, after we had most of it done, I was folding laundry and I heard Mike go into the bathroom. Shortly thereafter, I heard an agonized scream. I had tried to warn him that sitting on the bowl was going to hurt. Oh well, the result was worth the excruciating pain.
